Administrative Assistant / Payroll Clerk Experience:
- Construction or contractor background preferred
- Microsoft Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Sage (preferred)
- Quickbooks
- 3-5 years experience in an office environment
Administrative Assistant / Payroll Clerk Duties:
- Calculating timesheets and enter in system to get processed
- Updating excel spreadsheets with new hire information
- On boarding/reviewing the hire packet/explaining guidelines for getting paid
- Certified payroll
- Updating employee files
- Filing
- Reviewing Contracts
- Updating spreadsheets daily/monthly
- Ordering Insurance Certificates
- Uploading bids into company system
