SNELLING STAFFING HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / PAYROLL CLERK AT OUR CONTRACTOR CLIENT IN WARREN,  $/HOUR, TEMP TO HIRE
Administrative Assistant / Payroll Clerk Experience:

  • Construction or contractor background preferred
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Accurate Data Entry skills
  • Sage (preferred)
  • Quickbooks
  • 3-5 years experience in an office environment

Administrative Assistant / Payroll Clerk Duties:

  • Calculating timesheets and enter in system to get processed
  • Updating excel spreadsheets with new hire information
  • On boarding/reviewing the hire packet/explaining guidelines for getting paid
  • Certified payroll
  • Updating employee files
  • Filing
  • Reviewing Contracts
  • Updating spreadsheets daily/monthly
  • Ordering Insurance Certificates
  • Uploading bids into company system
