We have an opportunity to join our Finance team in the role of Administration Officer on a fixed term basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs.  Reporting to the Management Accountant, this is a great opportunity for someone who has administration experience and is looking to learn and develop your skills.

The role:

  • Provide support to the finance team raise and receipt purchase orders against job orders using Epicor
  • Ensure goods received and accounted for in good condition and correct requirements
  • Monitor site stationery supply and order as required
  • Ensure kitchen is kept tidy and that kitchen supplies are replenished
  • Prepare and manage monthly costings for training and uniform spend
  • Update and manage various registers
  • Organises booklets/lunches/welcome note/Town Hall Room presentation and set up for training as required
  • Assist with payroll timesheet entry as and when required

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration procedures and practises
  • Computer literate the ability to pick up internal systems quickly. Familiarity with Epicor will be a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage workloads within deadlines
  • Current driving licence
  • Hold full working rights in Australia
