Job Description
The City of Albanys Leisure and Aquatics Team is looking for an experienced and Customer Focused individual to take up the role of Administration Officer – ALAC.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for provision of administrative support to the Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre business units.
Ensuring courteous and professional reception and service delivery as well as supporting the Customer Service Team.
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need previous experience in an administrative role, good written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Be able to work within a team to assist in the delivery of all ALAC operations
