We are seeking a permanent full time Administration/Rostering Officer to work with us at Tenterfield Care Centre.

What you will do:
The Administration/Rostering Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as:
- Working within a small team to coordinate the roster for staff
- Monitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leave
- Supporting the team with daily timesheet approvals
- Managing employee records and liaising with HR management
- General Administration e.g. Data entry/collation and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing.
- General administrative duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our facility.
- Supporting and assisting our HR department and recruitment functions
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
What you will bring:
- Leverage your previous experience in administration/HR and have at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Utilise your proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, along with a good skill level in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Bring a positive and can-do attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture.
- NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
