Your opportunity at FIELD

Your focus will be providing efficient and timely accounts payable and receivable transaction processing, reporting and problem solving. You will also provide assistance with general office administration.

  

If you are seeking variety and challenges, there is plenty on offer. Our accounts team is busy juggling routine accounts tasks and implementing new software and processes.

  

This is a casual role offering about 20 hours per week with the potential for ongoing permanent part-time work in the future. If you want to work school hours or prefer job the gives you time for other activities this could be the right opportunity for you.

  

What youll bring

To succeed in this role, you will:  

• have accounts payable and receivable experience
• be a confident user of MYOB EXO or similar accounting package
• be an intermediate level user of Excel and other MS Office applications
• take a proactive approach to resolving accounts related enquiries and issues
• take pride in your work and display strong attention to detail
• be confident in your communication with our clients and engineering team
• hold a current driver’s licence.
