Boral currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our friendly team, located in Chullora, NSW .
This role will focus on providing efficient and accurate Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll services in a fast paced environment.
Your day will involve:
- Processing and matching invoices to Purchase Orders or Cost Centres
- Proactively communicating with Suppliers to effectively resolve invoice holds and blocks
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with internal service users
- Supporting continuous improvement and standardisation of accounts processes
- Ensuring all Accounts payable/receivable processes comply with accounting standards
- Back up Payroll responsibilities
What we are looking for?
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll (desirable)
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Use of Accounts Payable in an ERP system
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal contacts and external suppliers
- Proven ability in time management and in managing work priorities
- Demonstrable ability to work in a team
