About the Role


An established business in the construction is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Milton. This is a full-time office-based role supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.

This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with administration including data entry and reconciliations
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming emails
  • Managing incoming phone calls and general enquiries
  • Supporting coordination of site staff and project administration tasks
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About You

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently within a small team environment
