This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager or Junior Director to further develop their career in a leading Accounting and Business Advisory firm. Our clients range from family groups, privately held businesses to ASX listed institutions.

Reporting directly to a Senior Partner, you will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and finding appropriate solutions for clients needs. Your remit will cover a mix of special projects, outsource and compliance for some of the firm’s larger clients, which includes a ~$500M family office and international pharmaceutical provider.

A Client Manager is part of the ESV Leadership Team and is responsible for the day-to-day management of their team including work allocation and job reviews. This leadership role works hand-in-hand with Client Directors / Partners to provide an exceptional level of customer service for their clients. They will be the first point of contact for clients and be across every aspect of the work that we do and understand the clients business as well as they do (often better).

To be successful in this role you have:

  • CA or CPA qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years Business Advisory experience gained primarily within an Australian Public Accounting firm
  • At least 4 years managerial experience, managing and leading more junior member of the team
  • Solid technical tax and compliance expertise
  • Superior communication skills and a demonstrable history of being a strategic advisor to clients.
