Fetch Mining Services is recruiting 10 experienced Production Excavator Operators to join a brand-new gold mining operation in the Goldfields region, with operations starting immediately.

This represents an outstanding chance to contribute to the establishment and growth of a fresh site from the outset.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years as a production excavator operator
• Proven capability operating / -class excavators
• Current, clean Western Australian Driver’s Licence and Police Clearance
• Demonstrated experience on large heavy mining machinery in site-based roles
• Background in fast-paced, high-production environments focused on meeting targets
• Strong team collaboration skills and positive, professional attitude
• WA-based candidates only (no interstate flights; all medical assessments must be completed in Western Australia)

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination and drug/alcohol screening
• Positive mindset with eagerness to develop further skills
• Completion of required online inductions
• Provision of two recent, contactable work references
• Readiness to start work promptly
• Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available)
