What You’ll Be Doing
- Working across commercial construction projects with a team that knows their stuff
- Expanding your skills beyond residential framing and fix-outs
- Learning commercial carpentry systems, processes, and site standards
- Assisting with site operations while gaining exposure to scheduling, coordination, and project workflows
- Progressing toward leadership responsibilities as you grow
What We’re Looking For
- A 2nd or 3rd year carpentry apprentice with proven residential experience
- Someone motivated to switch gears and build a long-term commercial career
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new methods
- Car, driver’s licence and white card are essential
- A team player who communicates well and takes pride in doing quality work
