About the Role
As an energetic, passionate, and experienced 2IC, you will join the management team to drive and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers every day. You will lead and mentor the team while managing various shift operations, working closely with the General Manager.
About You
You are a positive and passionate manager with a proven track record of working in high-volume gaming operation venues. You are motivated to be hands-on, maintaining a strong presence on the floor while supporting the team in delivering exceptional experiences. You create an environment where staff are inspired to thrive, grow, and make a positive impact on the venue.
Additionally, you bring:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a high volume bar & gaming operation venues.
- Confidence in managing venue close-down operations.
- Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Current NSW RSA/RCG and advanced ARCG certifications.
- Experience using IdealPos and Deputy (advantageous).
- A humble, down-to-earth attitude with exceptional leadership skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining consistency in service.
